How do we do it?

This is a hands-on, detail-driven business. We meticulously research and evaluate every product we recommend, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your brand and budget. We don’t just put logos on mugs — we craft innovative merchandise solutions that seamlessly integrate with your brand messaging, creating moments that make users say, “Wow!”

By meeting face-to-face with trusted vendors, we stay ahead of the curve, learning about the latest products and services. Our approach is strategic, combining creativity with full-scale tactics to deliver results that elevate your brand. And we love what we do. You will, too.

A group of people smiling and posing together on a balcony at sunset, with a scenic mountain and valley view in the background. Some are holding drinks, and they appear to be enjoying a relaxed gathering.
A group of people sits around a conference table watching a presentation on a screen. There are laptops and office supplies on the table, and large windows provide natural light.
A group of twelve people, both men and women, are sitting and standing together outdoors. They are smiling and laughing, surrounded by greenery and what appears to be a building in the background. The scene conveys a cheerful and convivial atmosphere.

Our Mission

We know no limits to
how awesome your brand can be.

We imagine, develop and deliver creative solutions for our clients
with an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

We strive to achieve ONE GOAL for our clients:

To Create Brand Passion.

People are sorting documents and materials on a table in a room with boxes in the background. They are focused and organized, wearing casual clothing. The walls display the words "ASPIRE TO GREATNESS.
Two people are sitting at a table, looking at a laptop screen. The woman on the left has long dark hair and is smiling, holding a pen over a notebook. The man on the right has short hair, wearing a light blazer, also smiling.
A person carefully packs a UMBC-branded item into a black box. Several other boxes and packages are on the table. The person is wearing a light-colored, polka-dotted sweater.

The Soul of the Vine:

In 2000, Janie Gaunce, CEO, and Steve Sachs, CFO, envisioned a new kind of work environment. They asked, “What would the most amazing promotional merchandise agency look like?”

First, it had to spark creativity.
Gray walls? Absolutely not.
This space needed to shout, “We’re the best in the industry!”

It also had to support the unique solutions we deliver to our national clients daily — solutions that grew to include e-commerce, pop-up shops, kitting, packaging and the talents of our incredible creative team.

85,000 custom backpacks? No problem.
Home deliveries to 19,000 employees? We’ve got it covered.
Eye-catching end-aisle displays for a major beverage brand? Our designs drive engagement and amplify your brand.

And now, here we are — 25 years later, all grown up and still creating magic for our clients.

And the soul of it all?
Somewhere along the way, someone called it “Aspire to Grapeness.”
That’s who we are. That’s what we do.
Every. Single. Day.

Three women sit around a table in a clothing store, surrounded by racks of colorful clothes, hats, and various merchandise. The store also features a display of tote bags and a "Power Suit 2.0" sign on the wall.
A warehouse aisle with high shelves filled with neatly stacked cardboard boxes on both sides. The concrete floor stretches into the distance, and a fire extinguisher is mounted on one of the shelves.
